I rather like the website, but I find the app harder to search and designed to incentivize impulse purchases rather than planned searches. This is particularly evident when it comes to discounts being put in your face as you shop. Sometimes it feels a little Las Vegas-like. This is better for the website revenue, but not as good for the customer and muddies the shopping experience. That being said, though both could use improvement in both search and filtering, I will continue to shop:)

Currently having shipping? Problems. App is OK but prices after a search are useless, vendors will list an accessory and its price rather than the price of the item. Let's say you search for an MP3 player, the results will be some players but also the USB cable for a player at what would be a cheap price for the actual player. It pretty much wastes your time, and gives bad vendors more exposure than honest merchants. Right now, none of that matters if you see the products get returned.

This is a great app if your looking to buy collectible figures and statues you won't be able to find anywhere else. I use it for mostly anime statues. I have had several bad experiences with not receiving orders but they will eventually refund all of the orders that go wrong. It just takes them 2 months in some cases for some reason and you have to stay on the customer service people. But overall it's been a great app for what I am looking for and can't find anywhere else.
