This app has greatly improved since I first download. Like thats its so easy to navigate and has voice prompts that you can adjust the speed. Being able to turn on and off the background music is a hige plus for me. Has both goal setting for beginners and those looking for a little bit more of a challenge. Definitely not for someone advanced in yoga but a great app to help squeeze in some yoga time in or throughout the day.

I have been using this app on and off for 3 years. I use it for pre and post workout stretching as well as my main yoga workout some days. It is a no excuse app. If listening to an audio book or program I can easily pullout my mat and do some quick stretches. I have even found myself doing the standing poses as a calming mechanism whenever and wherever (work, school, playground, airport, doctor's office or while in line at the grocery store😂). I like the updated graphics.

I wanted to add simple yoga moves to my morning meditation routine. I tried the free version of this app and it worked flawlessly, an new five pose routine every morning. I paid for the app when I discovered it was a one time charge and not a monthly subscription. Only complaint is that the font on the instructions is very small and also not very dark, so it's hard for me to read without my glasses. Also I have to manually select the next workout since it doesn't advance automatically.
