The app started recently to freeze up and would not turn pages in either direction. I reinstalled several times. I read one comment about changing the settings from page curl to slide. That alone did work for me. However I changed the page orientation from the default of automatic to portrait, changed the page effect to none, and it resumed working properly.

App was working fine until today. I purchased three books and now I keep getting a message that it's unable to connect to the Nook service. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but still not working. I also checked the website and I'm unable to access my digital library or purchase history. It's like everything has disappeared.

The app isn't something I can recommend. Tech support says it may not work on my OnePlus Open, certain books crash back to the reader, and there's no way to tell which books will work. It's been years since they stopped being able to take payments via the app so I need to go buy content through the web briwser The automatic stacking of the serial books doesn't always work. Suggestions have never related to my interests and there is no notifications for when the next book in a series comes out.
