This app is better than all the paid apps ive tried. The calendar view is great, I especially love the graphs (estimated max, weight history, ect), I love the workout analysis, its v easy to add custom exercises and muscle groups, you can sort the muscle group by color so its easy to see.. You can just tell the intention was to be useful to gym people, instead of the intention being to rake in $$. I dont remember ever seeing ads, I simply like everything about it.

If you lift FitNotes is all you need. JeFit user for over 11 years with an elite subscription but that app has become nothing more than FB for fitness now. I don't want fake friends I want to lift and I want solid data on my progress. I've recalculated the results from this app and they're spot on. No more fiddling to get something close (but still wrong) to the right numbers.

There's a tiny learning curve when you first start, and it can be a bit tough to find a couple things like routine settings, but once you get your routines and exercises entered, it's incredibly easy. Very no-frills, yet still feature-rich. If you need more from a fitness app than this, you're exercising wrong.
