HTC Account—Services Sign-in

I am unable to use any of my apps developed by HTC. Also I have lost access to other apps bcs the problems I got with my HTC U11 Life phone. I went to get a replacement due my other HTC U11 Life was shutting down by itself. None of my information was transferred and when I tried to transfer it, HTC transfer tool tells that I can only be signed to one HTC transfer at one time when the other phone had a factory reset done to it. I need my scribble notes back not just the app back without them. thx

Have 3 ultras and a u12. All state the same when trying to sign in. I'm only using the phone for speaking purposes, but made arrangements to go with a different brand after a couple of decades. The models don't work like they use to when I was using it as my work phone. Now, you can't sign in to get hardware help. Chat even. I'm with other users. Moving on.

This suck! I try to edit my theme but they always say that I've to sign in HTC account again. It's half an hour I even restart but still not work. Such a disappointing and wasting time. This not the first time it happened. I just wanna edit my background ☹️. This such a basic apps. It's not that hard to make it work for properly. You need big improvement HTC or I'll have to consider others brand for my next one. Update after 1hr. I give up. You're about to loose one of the most royalty customer HTC.
