App is basically useless, it only works when the internet router is actually fully operational, if you ever try to use the app when the internet is not working to say figure out the issue or maybe try to tell the router to reset itself, then good luck, it just keeps opening up to a screen that says you need to go to your settings to connect to a router even though you are connected and the wifi status is "connected without internet". What's the point if it can't talk to the unit to troubleshoot!

Garbage app that doesnt work, it stays stuck at the wifi set up screen saying "checking wifi" even though a connect is already been set, if you cant go past this screen you cant continue to the troubleshooting section and get help. Lazy as usual on T Mobiles part, doing the absolute bare minimum for the least amount of work possible. Cant even call customer service line as they just hang up on you before you even get to the waiting queue. If you even have some rain, your internet will shut off

It was a great experience, until recently. ( I have updated my experience since this review, it will be at the end)I mean the service itself had it's ups and downs (it's cellular and depends on xongestion but it was getting really good for a while now. After switching from the silver Nokia to the Sagemcomm Fast that signal aggregates we have only had a great experience plus we are grandfathered into the original plan I only pay 30 bucks a month for amazing experience, and their customer sup is +
