I installed this app, completed all the available programs and got paid for one of them. The rest of my payments (even ones exceeding 10 days) show up as pending and it's frustrating. Cant even open support through the help center. A working option to contact tech support would be ideal... Edited as of 12/9/2021: Just installed the update!! Thanks for resolving the issues I had mentioned. Appreciated.

I love this app. But I'm giving it 3 stars because I get the same 2 AD Relevance tasks every other week. It's the easiest $10 I've made ever. It literally asks 40 questions on each AD Relevance tasks and it takes me 2 minutes to complete both. But I don't understand why I don't get different tasks and more often. When I first signed up, I was getting them all of the time. Now I don't.

My history is gone, my past rewards, my programs I have been participating in... everything! I have a new phone, but for some reason, this time, when i click on the email stating there is a new task, it takes me to the app and says there are no programs available. Last time, the response was timely. This is a great app, and I want my data restored 🤞
