I'm not sure if it's the app or the camera that is trash. Every 3-4 minutes, it asks if I'd like to continue live streaming. If I don't tap the small blue Continue button within 5 seconds, it jumps back to the frozen thumbnail shot. After I press the play button to resume the live view, it fails to load 4-5 times, and then when it starts to load, it just spins and spins, then gives an error. Seriously, I wish I could get a refund and get a different brand of camera

I've had the Blink door bell for a couple of years. It has always worked well. I added a second wireless camera to my back yard and connected to the sync module 2. This also worked well for awhile. It alerts you of motion detected, but recently nothing is recorded at the time or just not available. I haven't had much luck with their customer service either. Their products are affordable, I hope whatever they updated, they improve

To delete a video you know is a false alarm, ie, a glare moves across the camera or a tree moves, you need to laod the video, start watching then press the delete button after it loads and plays. it ridic
