Adds a configurable Energy Notch around the camera notch indicating current Battery level. Dive into the various configuration options, not only you can quickly glance and get the battery info but, Energy Notch adds an accent to your phone's camera notch.

Got a full charge? The Notch will be wrapping the entire curve of your notch like an arc.
Battery depleting? So will the arc of Energy Notch.

Out of the box features:-

āœ“ Energy Notch can be configured from a width of 1 pixel to a donut thick ring
āœ“ Energy Notch puts almost 0% load on CPU, as it wakes up only to reflect any change in battery level
āœ“ Energy Notch direction can be configured as left/center/right
āœ“ Energy Notch can hide on fullscreen content (apps, videos, images, games etc)
āœ“ Energy Notch can be configured to change colors automatically depending on the live battery level
āœ“ Energy Notch could have a mono color/multiple color segments/gradient (pro)
āœ“ You can literally assign any color in the world for your favorite configuration
āœ“ Energy Notch has a number of cool animations whenever a power source is plugged into your device

All that is cool! But what about Energy Notch consuming Battery?!

This is one of the most exciting question for me to answer. Energy Notch more than anything understands that you need to utilize your battery efficiently (after all, that's why you installed the App, right? ;) .) Energy Notch sits on the screen silently putting almost 0% load on CPU, if battery level changes, Android wakes up Energy Notch. Once awake, Energy Notch quickly updates itself and goes back to sleep. And to be that extra efficient, the Notch goes on deep sleep when you turn off the screen, meaning it doesn't even read changes in battery level when the screen is off.

Accessibility Service Requirement:
Android requires Energy Notch to run as an Accessibility Service, to be able to display on Lock Screen. It does not read/monitor any data, whatsoever. This is especially useful for people who have disability to read numbers and work better with visual data.

Disable battery optimization on Energy Notch App
In case, you have battery optimization option in the Setting of your phone, please disable it for Energy Notch, otherwise, it's likely to be killed in background.

No charging animation?
Settings > Accessibility > Visibility enhancements > Remove Animations > uncheck if it's checked.

Energy Notch disappearing on Xiaomi devices?
Setting>Apps>Manage apps>Energy Notch> *Turn on Autostart*

Screen burn-in:
The original variant of the App, Energy Bar has been used over several years by users on their AMOLED devices, there has been no complains. But there is no claim that it may not happen.

Re-enable after exiting power saving mode:
If you enter into power saving mode, Energy Notch will be disabled by the System, to re-activate you must restart your device.

It looks like a 5 star app, so it fairly gets 5 stars! UNFORTUNATELY, it does NOT work for the new Samsung Gallery S22 Ultra phones! It recommends using the ring for the S10 - problem is, the S10 camera notch is oval-shaped and is positioned on the far top right edge! So, they should check out that recommendation and remove it. What a bummer it won't work for my phone! So far it was the nicest looking energy ring in the Play Store!

A subtle and neat little battery indicator. Wish there were more customization options though, even after paying for the dev support pack, there is not much customization you can do. Some things I'd like to see in future updates: -Adding custom ranges for the segmented option -Ability to add/remove the total number of segments -Color of the indicator changes as battery drains (single color or dual gradient) Also the charging animation stutters a bit, but overall pretty neat!

Fits perfectly, good opportunities for customization and saves space! Barely have to look at it to see the colour/position and know how much battery I have, noticably easier than the usual battery icon or number! It takes some getting used to, but after a week or two I would never go back to the old style. I hate unecessary clutter on the status bar and this app makes an "ugly" notch pleasing to look at.
