App on Android freezing and overheating my phone. Even after closing app, my phone stays hot. No other apps do this. Behaves like a virus. Only way to stop the app is uninstall, turn OFF phone and reboot from power off. Uninstalled app and my phone is fine. The issues started about May of 2024, I have removed and reinstalled multiple times, the app is broken OR doing things I don't want it doing...like overheating my phone!

I've been on Starlink for over a year now. I live in a city with multiple Internet access options but none of them are terribly stable. I work from home in IT so frequent drops and outages aren't acceptable. Starlink has been far more stable than anything else here. It's had its issues from time to time but nothing noteworthy. My grandma has really bad Internet out in the country side until she got Starlink and now has the same experience I do. Great ISP, only new fiber seems to out perform it.

Worked good till now. It Now says internet not available. Cant talk to a live person, no contact phone number. I live in the boonies and somtimes i can get one or two bars on my cellphone. I really depend on the internet for pretty much everything. I think when starlink dont have a contact number for customer service is a disappointment IMO. Updated they sent me a replacement equipment. Turns out the router was bad. Plugged in the replacement router and im now on line. Thank you starlink.
