My samsung A53 phone will not connect to the dashcam. It connects to wifi but that's it. Why is this app ver 2.7.3 when there's an update for 2.7.4? I tried to update through the app but it won't connect with this company. I go to the help setting through the app and it gives me a 504 error, which is short for saying it won't connect to this companies web site. I have been emailing back and fourth with this company and they keep telling me to send video of the problem. I sent them pictures,

The dashcam is ok. The quality of the video and audio is really good, but there are significant.gaps in the recorded clips. Recently there was an incident I wanted to download from the dashcam and it literally recorded everything before and after, but not the event I needed. Makes the dashcam pretty useless if you can't rely on it. The app is pretty clunky. There are constant errors in connecting and downloading videos.

I don't like the fact you can't view the videos in the app unless you download them to your phone. Since the video loops only range from 1-3 minutes, depending on your setting, you have several videos to go through. You pretty much can't do anything unless you're connected to device's wifi which has a very short range. The dash cam is great! The app, not so much.
