Love the selections when I can select it. I use it on my Ps4 and the app constantly crashes. Never lets me fast forward or rewind and when I do it takes 15 minutes. If I simply want to pause the movie it takes 5 minutes to understand what I'm making it do like what the he'll. I've updated it. Restarted it and deleted and re-download 1000x it's so annoying i don't even know why I pay for this app. Oh yeah cause a good selection. It's so frustrating!!!!!

Out of nowhere started to crash. Now it won't open. Have a S21 Ultra. Uninstalled, cleared cache, etc. Nothing. It's sad. Also, having Netflix as polished as you can get for an interface, surfing through it and getting recommendations, as well as many options in audio and subtitles, this app seems like a decade old. Please put more effort in GUI development and stability through devices. HBO has an outstanding content that gets lost here.

10/26/21 Update. Horrible. It doesn't work at all anymore. I've gotten responses from customer service but always a different person and have to start over. No resolution still a month later. 09/29/21 Good when works. However when I use then exit then go back in the next time I get an error that says oops something went wrong restart the app. I have to delete the app and reinstall it and then it does the same thing after one use. Fix this please. Very annoying. Android app
