It's not what I thought it was, but that's on me. I originally subscribed for the 2tb storage, thinking i could back up all of my devices, including my PC. Unfortunately, unless I overlooked something, you can only use it to back up your android devices; phone, tablet, chromebook, etc. The app otherwise works exactly how it's supposed to do, I just can't fathom needing all that extra storage for just my phone.

Absolutely horrible experience! Sure, the free 15GB of storage is nice, but I do not recall signing up for Google One! I am a student in college who absolutely NEEDS to take notes on Google Docs in order to keep up with everyone, but apparently when you're out of storage, you cannot make any changes to a file! I've cleared out tons of space in my Google photos already since I thought that would help, but Google is still refusing to give back access!! If I could rate this app zero stars, I would.

Would be higher if i didnt have issues with in app purchase using google play balance of $ 90.01 credits to make in app payments. Every time try error pops up transaction could not be completed try again later. Very annoying and frustrating not being able to use credit that i paid for with real money. Now i grt to sit and stare at my 90 bucks Sitting there collecting net dust up in the cloud
