Does a good job. No ads. Seems to run the flash at max brightness, some flashlight apps run dim. RE Author response: Oddly enough some apps run low and some run high (maybe different APIs?). I prefer high, if I want a light, battery usage is secondary. Thanks for the tip on Samsung's flashlight. My S8's stock one was lowish, didn't know high was an option. You might add an SOS option to your strobe.

Thank you for the great review of Torch! Unfortunately, I don't have control over the level of brightness that the LED produces. On some phones, like the newer galaxy ones, Samsung has a hidden dial which is user configurable. With that being said, developers have no control over this, as it is a hidden API and inaccessible.

I really like the simplicity of this app. The only option I could wish for would be the ability to set the color when using the screen light. Being able to make the screen color red for example would be very helpful for preserving ones night vision. Cheers, and thank you for making this app.

Powerful beam. Easily operated. Can be alternated between beam and flashing light. Also has no ads, which is a real plus. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it sometimes opens without my pressing on it, but I'm not sure if it's because of something in my phone or if it's accidental. Definitely recommend it.
