Not good. Not intuitive. Very difficult to set up initially. Limited help from chat, had to figure out most things myself by trial & error. JuiceNet was a much better app. A year later, still not a good app. Stuck in an endless loop trying to log in. Failed, Try again, Failed, try again.... I've force stopped the app, unplugged the wall unit, even restarted my cell phone, all to no avail. The app is unreliable, I never know for sure if it will charge at night or at what amperage.

Needs more refinement. Charging sessions should not start if the cable is plugged in but not charging. They should start at the scheduled time. Also, I don't care about the map option. That should not be a main menu option. The filter period in the History should not revert back to 'Last Week' and should remain whatever on the user used last. The charger should be smart enough to read what the car's battery percentage is at start and end of charge, just like public charging stations.

Each update from Enel X has been progressively worse. The old app says my charger is in the new app. The new app says I can still manage my charger in the old app. Neither is true. Enel X has essential bricked my JuiceBox. It seems no processes occur in the app on my phone, instead it depends on a connection to a remote server. The app spends a lot of time spinning a circle before timing out with a useless "Something went wrong" message. After 7 years, time to ditch JuiceBox.
