Most likely the best minute service I've ever used! I have never supported brands before but I would gladly accept payment to promote Visible! This app sucks. I just switched over to Visible and i try to log in for the first time and I can't, it said "your request couldn't be completed at this time, please try again later" I talked to a virtual agent 3 times and the first two, I got disconnected the third time I was told to uninstall and reinstall. Now I just get a blue screen and it beeped at me.i can't even get to the log in screen to get chat assistance. Update: got in, and still cannot log in "your request couldn't be comoleted"..

cellular service is excellent. data speeds are great. the only issue I have is the app feels very "clunky". for example, when I use the app to pay my bill, I press the pay button and there is no confirmation. no "please wait." nothing happens. so I start smashing the pay now button a ton of times in rapid pace and finally goes through. I understand it was probably pending after the first press but the lack of confirmation or dialogue really makes impatient people like me more impatient.
