Poor customer service, cancellation policies and procedures. This app/business took my $110 deposit and kept it when my original booking got cancelled due to weather and the boat owner hid behind the line of "take it up with FishingBooker", which I did and their customer service is so bad they didn't respond to my explination

I received an email saying my booking is confirmed, but I am not seeing anything under bookings in the app. I logged in with my Google account email. Please advise.

very easy to use and tons of options. I guess I can't say if I got the best deal but this was much easier to use than other apps and sites that do the same thing
